Fresh off his Indy reprise, Harrison Ford has said he would be interested in reprising his role as Jack Ryan. On a related note, he said no to reprising Han Solo.
Sam Raimi is reportedly reviving the franchise, but all previous rumors pointed to Ryan Gosling.
Eh, Gosling doesn't do much for me, though I give him props for doing a movie with a Real Doll (NSFW).
My vote is back with Ford, if only cus he hangs out with cool people and has his own Beaver.

Vote here in the comments or over on the Executive Orders cast. Looks like Ford and Baldwin are tied. Gosh, no votes for Ben Affleck... curious...

Ahhhh vampire movies. Gotta love 'em.
Aside from Twilight (whose trailer was on Indy IV, the lead dude looks creepy and very Lost Boys ), another teen vampire novel series is getting film treatment, Darren Shan's Cirque Du Freak.
Yeah, yeah, old news, well the more recent news is Willem Dafoe has been cast as vampire Gavner Purl. Talk about creepy!
He joins, Ken Watanabe, John C. Reilly, Jane Krakowski, Orlando Jones, Salma Hayek (rowr!), Frankie Faison (not rowr!), Kristen Schall, Michael Cerveris, Patrick Fugit, Ray Stevenson, Chris Massoglia, and Josh Hutcherson. Whew!
Feel free to mix and match or think up some new folks to cast here thanks to pcharmed86 who posted the cast over three years ago!

In an interview with MTV, Rainn Wilson let it slip that he's been cast as a university professor in the Transformers sequel.

I think if this guy showed up to teach my Discrete Mathematics class, I would have dropped it immediately. Not to say the prof I had for that class was any more normal... In fact he was eerily similar, same shirt, pants, facial expression, just shorter, older, and walked like an upright monkey.

Apparently Ewan McGregor is going to find time to fit himself into Hilary Swank in between Phillip Morris and Ron Howard. Busy, busy, busy, Obi Wan Kenobi!
According to Variety, he will play Gene Vidal (father of Gore Vidal), Amelia Earhart's lover, in the upcoming Amelia. Amelia was married to publisher George Putnam whilst bagging Gene. Naughty woman.
McGregor joins, Richard Gere (Putnam), Virginia Madsen, Hilary Swank (obviously), and Mia Wasikowska.
Check out previous posts on the movie here, here, and here.

Ayup. You got it. The worst movie ever made is being remade!! Only this time as "serious" horror movie. Uh huh. Sure. Just like Tim Burton's Ed Wood was a "serious" biopic (while it may have been good, it wasn't serious).
Yeaaaaah. There is an official film site (film due out 09/09/09) here via JoBlo.
Go ahead and vote, if you dare, here. Enjoy!
